Bloomingtails has always been more than a grooming salon — it’s a place where dogs are meant to feel like they truly belong. A little family of wagging tails, gentle hands, and second chances.

I started this business because of my own nervous rescue boy, who had a really difficult experience with a previous groomer. I wanted him to know that grooming didn’t have to be scary — that he could be understood, respected, and treated with kindness. That moment changed everything for me. It made me realise how many dogs out there need exactly that: patience, trust‑building, and someone who sees them as an individual, not just an appointment.
 

I’ve always had a soft spot for rescue dogs — I have four of my own, and there’s always room in my heart for more. They’re the reason I do what I do. Every dog who walks through the door deserves to feel loved, valued, and safe, whether it’s their first groom or their fiftieth.
 

Bloomingtails is my way of giving dogs the experience I wish my own had from the start: gentle, calm, and full of reassurance. A place where nervous dogs can take things slowly, where confident dogs can strut in like they own the place, and where every single one is treated like part of the family.
 

That’s what Bloomingtails means to me — and why I pour my whole heart into it every day.
