CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note we have updated our cancellation policy. Cancellation of a grooming appointment under 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of the total groom cost. Missed appointments or notice of cancellationon the day of the appointment will incur a 100% fee of the total groom cost.

Please be aware that most grooms take between 1.5-2.5 hours (possibly longer) depending upon the size and breed of your pet as well as the condition of their coat and the service you require.
